What is a Management System?
A documented framework of policies, plans, actions and procedures to systematically manage health, safety, environment and quality in the workplace. To have a successful management system the business needs to be committed in achieving the requirements of the management system ie ensuring a safe work place through identification of hazards and implementing appropriate controls.
